It was my first Reboot, and I enjoyed it immensely. The theme this year was "Human?", stress on the question mark. I am still processing a lot of what I heard and saw, but one thing is sure, I *did* meet a good number of humans. And funily, a good number of not-so-human too. Although I guess we're always the human of someone else, or the non-human of someone else. All is relative.
I tried to animate a conversation about Wikipedia/Wikimedia. It was interesting, although not exactly what I expected. I'll try to go back on the talks I followed and share here my digested thoughts about the topics they covered in the next few days.
Hi Delphine, thanks for the report - I am looking forward to hear more about reboot. Should I mark the date of next year's event in my calendar? You topic Wikipedia/Wikimedia, a role model for governance? sounds interesting, but maybe there are also other organizations and initiatives that Wikimedia can learn from? Unfortunately I am not up-to-date anymore about the full state of internal Wikimedia foundation issues. I am also looking forward to meet you in Frankfurt :-)
