When Twitter Gets Into The Minister of Foreign Affairs Mark wrote yesterday: The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs is on Twitter. And he tweets. Too bad I don't understand Dutch. No insightful comment, I like Mark's post, it says it all. I might think about this further and see where it leads me.
